Diritto di Recesso, Resi e Cambi Taglia<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Ai sensi della Direttiva 2011\/83\/UE<\/strong> e degli articoli 52 e seguenti del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206\/2005)<\/strong>, il cliente ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto entro 14 (quattordici) giorni di calendario<\/strong> dalla data in cui il cliente, o un terzo da lui designato diverso dal vettore, acquisisce il possesso fisico dei prodotti.<\/p>
\n

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, il cliente \u00e8 tenuto a informare K-Fans della propria decisione tramite una dichiarazione esplicita (ad esempio via e-mail o tramite l\u2019apposito modulo di recesso), seguendo le istruzioni fornite da K-Fans.<\/p>
\n\n

Effetti del Recesso<\/h3>\n

In caso di recesso, K-Fans provveder\u00e0 al rimborso di tutti i pagamenti ricevuti dal cliente, ad eccezione dei costi di consegna<\/strong>, senza indebito ritardo e comunque entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui K-Fans \u00e8 stata informata della decisione di recedere dal contratto.<\/p>
\n

K-Fans si riserva il diritto di trattenere il rimborso fino all\u2019avvenuta ricezione dei prodotti resi e alla verifica del loro stato, oppure fino a quando il cliente non abbia fornito prova dell\u2019avvenuta spedizione dei beni, se precedente.<\/p>
\n\n

Costi di Restituzione<\/h3>\n

Salvo diversa indicazione espressa, i costi diretti di restituzione dei prodotti sono a carico del cliente (Client SOS)<\/strong>, in conformit\u00e0 all\u2019articolo 56 del Codice del Consumo.
K-Fans non \u00e8 tenuta a sostenere i costi di restituzione n\u00e9 eventuali costi aggiuntivi derivanti dalla scelta del cliente di un metodo di spedizione diverso da quello standard meno oneroso offerto.<\/p>
\n\n

Condizioni dei Prodotti Resi<\/h3>\n

I prodotti devono essere restituiti inermi, non utilizzati<\/strong>, in perfette condizioni<\/strong>, completi di tutte le confezioni originali, etichette e accessori.<\/p>\n

Il cliente \u00e8 responsabile della diminuzione di valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilirne la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento.<\/p>
\n

K-Fans si riserva il diritto di rifiutare il rimborso o di applicare una riduzione dell\u2019importo rimborsato nel caso di prodotti danneggiati, usati o restituiti in modo incompleto.<\/p>
\n\n

Cambio Taglia<\/h3>\n

Il cambio taglia \u00e8 consentito, previa disponibilit\u00e0 del prodotto<\/strong>. Tutti i costi relativi al cambio taglia, inclusi i costi di spedizione per la restituzione del prodotto e per l\u2019invio del prodotto sostitutivo, sono interamente a carico del cliente<\/strong>, salvo il caso in cui il cambio sia dovuto a un difetto di conformit\u00e0 o a un errore imputabile a K-Fans.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Size Exchanges <\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In accordance with Directive 2011\/83\/EU on consumer rights<\/strong>, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days<\/strong> from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the product.<\/p>

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify K-Fans of their decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (e.g. email or withdrawal form), following the instructions provided by K-Fans.<\/p>

Effects of Withdrawal<\/h3>

In the event of withdrawal, K-Fans shall refund all payments received from the customer, excluding delivery costs<\/strong>, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which K-Fans is informed of the customer\u2019s decision to withdraw.<\/p>

K-Fans may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected, or until the customer has provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

Return Shipping Costs<\/h3>

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer (Client SOS)<\/strong>, in accordance with Article 14 of Directive 2011\/83\/EU. K-Fans is not required to cover return shipping costs or any additional costs arising from the customer\u2019s choice of a return method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered.<\/p>

Conditions of Returned Products<\/h3>

Returned products must be sent back unused<\/strong>, in their original condition<\/strong>, and complete with all original packaging, labels, and accessories. The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>

K-Fans reserves the right to refuse refunds or apply a reduction in the refund amount in case of damaged, used, or incomplete returns.<\/p>

Size Exchanges<\/h3>

Size exchanges are permitted, subject to product availability. All costs related to size exchanges, including return shipping and shipment of the replacement product, shall be entirely borne by the customer<\/strong>, unless the exchange is due to a non-conformity or error attributable to K-Fans.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
